This is a traditional glazed terracotta tapas dish or "cazuela". This rustic dish is 15cm in diameter and is perfect for making and serving traditional Spanish bar snacks known as tapas. It has a clear, food-save glaze on the interior of the dish only and should be washed before use. Perfect for using in the oven or under a griller, this dish can be used over a gas flame if a simmer-mat is used. This dish is NOT suitable for use on an electric or induction element.
