Handmade by traditional craftspeople in the ancient Moroccan city of Fez, these smaller taji are made from glazed terracotta and are completely authentic. Used to slow cook succulent stews, each tajine comes with a detailed sheet describing care, usage, and two basic recipes. Perfect for the gourmet chef, these elegant and utterly practical taji can be used on either the traditional charcoal burner (see catalogue), in a standard Western oven or - with a simmer mat - over a standard gas stove.
